Rubies Care began with one clear purpose: to make quality disability and nursing support accessible to every person who needs it. Over the years we have grown from a local provider into a trusted partner delivering disability, community and aged nursing care across multiple states. Along the way, we have expanded our services to include NDIS supports, community nursing, and specialist hospital staffing solutions. Today, we continue to invest in our people, systems and training so every shift reflects our commitment to excellence.

2010

Our beginnings

Rubies Nursing Care is established to provide community and aged care support in the ACT.

2014

NDIS services launched

We begin delivering supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme as it rolls out in the ACT.

2017

Expanding across states

Services grow into NSW, SA, WA and VIC, supporting more participants and families across Australia.

2020

Nursing agency division strengthened

We formalise Rubies Nursing Agency, supplying highly skilled nurses and midwives to hospitals and health services nationwide.
